Memorial Day Weekend – DC Surprise

You may remember that I surprised my main man with a weekend away over Memorial Day Weekend – my packing list can be found here. If you follow on Instagram, you probably saw us gallivanting around the memorials in Washington DC. It only seemed fitting to (1) take my fave guy to the city I called home for two years, (2) go to memorials on Memorial Day Weekend, and (3) introduce the man to some of my nearest and dearest who all happen to reside in DC… convenient? You betcha.

Got to spend some quality time with my DC squad – an amazing barbecue, time with this gorgeous little nugget and hours of laughter with some of my favorite girls – this was the only pic I took!
